Wingover Farm, located in Raritan Township, Hunterdon County, and owned by Tom Watkinson and Virginia “Ginny” Wind, has been in Tom’s family since the 1960s. Tom and Ginny raise grass-fed beef, chickens for egg production, and honeybees. Their use of organic principles, great animal management, and interest in wildlife results in a farm that promotes diversity and demonstrates overall environmental stewardship.

 

The farm has been in the Watkinson family since 1960, and they have taken pride in their stewardship for the wildlife and diverse landscape in which it lies – including pasture, forestland, streams and wetlands.
